E7A3F72D-AFA9-45EE-ADBD-159C2AA37073.jpegDaily we stress about bills, health, friends, family, jobs, and the list could go on forever.
Now let me explain why you should stop over stressing or atleast overthinking a situation.

Think about the last time you were stressed out....
Did you die? Okay that’s harsh.
How about a better question.
Did you survive?

Have you ever looked at something that you stressed about in the past and realized that you stressed for no reason? Or wasted time doing so.

We live once and every moment you spent stressing is a waste of time you coulda spent meditating or enjoying something you like or love. Now I’m not saying not to be worried about that light bill or your sick mother. I’m saying if it’s in your control work towards fixing it and if it’s not; take a deep breath; cause rather you stress or not you can’t change the outcome.

If you someone like me who is always on edge and stressing about everything that comes my way; here are some tips to help cope with these daily stresses.

  1. 🧘‍♀️ Yoga
You don’t have to be in shape to join a class with varies poses and breathing techniques everyone can feel the relaxation that this activity can provide.

  2. Weed 🌳
If you are a member of the Cannabis club then you might already know the wonders this can do for you. I call this my “Forget about it” (*Italian Voice) treatment. Try using a Volcano. This eliminates that nasty paper or nicatine infused blunt wraps which are bad for your health that you stress about anyway.

  3. Steem It 🤑
I mean money always makes me stress less and if reaching out to your fellow community about things that are bothering you while getting the support from others going though the same thing and getting paid at the same time... I mean why not.

Weed has always been my favorite coping mechanism for stress. No matter what is stressing me out, weed always helps. After reading your post I may join a yoga class. I've always wanted to try yoga to increase my flexibility but I'm sure it would help my stress levels too.

It is a lot easier to say, but extremely hard to do. The BEST way is to have very strict guide/plan, as that will help us. I too feel stress a lot of times with the work, I suggest this article http://www.blackburndistributions.com/blog/supplements-fatigue-stress-tiredness/, it is brilliant and really has helped me a lot.
