오늘 매운 짬뽕을 먹고 왔는데 주제가 기가 막히게도 매운음식이네요~!! ㅎㅎ 나중에 테이스팀 올려야지 이러고 사진 찍은건데 이렇게 바로 주제로 올라올 줄 몰랐습니다. ㅎㅎ
소개 할 맛집은 경기도 여주에 위치한 유가장 매운짬뽕 입니다.
20살 초반에 여주에서 학교를 다녔기 때문에 가끔 오곤했던 중국집입니다. 여주에 볼 일이 있어서 갔다가 갑자기 생각이 나서 들렀는데 다행이 사람들이 많지 않아서 바로 먹을 수 있었어요. 평소에는 사람들이 줄서서 먹었던 기억이 납니다.
가게는 허름하지만 맛으로 승부하는 유가장짬뽕~!!
입구에 들어서자마자 나오는 사장님의 인물사진~!
사장님은 저는 기억 못하시겠지만 저는 기억합니다.
유쾌하신 성격도 그대로 시더라구요~^^!!
메뉴는 짬뽕 단 하나!!! 대신 매운맛을 선택 할 수있는 단계가 있습니다. 1단계부터 7단계까지 있습니다.
왕초기 - 초초기 - 초기 -1단계 -2단계-3단계-4단계 까지.
저는 과감하게 !!!!!!
왕초기를 시켰습니다.... 매운거 잘 못먹어요.ㅠㅠ
사장님께서 1단계 이상 시키시는 분한테는 매운거 잘 드시냐고 물어보시고 웬만큼 매운거 잘 드시지 않는 분한테는 추천하지 않더군요.. 정말 상상 이상으로 매운가 봅니다.

제가 10년전에 먹었던 맛 그대로인지는 기억이 안나지만 여전히 맛있는건 사실이네요~! 맛있게 맵다는 표현이 맞을거 같네요. 왕초기임에도 매워서 혀가 욱신욱신 거리는데 계속 입에 넣게 되는 맛이라고 해야할까요.. 고통스러운데 계속 입으로 들어간다고 해야하나.. !! 굳!!

월래 새우가 많이 들어있었는데 제가 다 먹고 마지막에 찍어서 마지막 남은 새우하나...ㅡ,.ㅡ;;;
빰을 삐질삐질 흘리며 클리어~!ㅎㅎ 이미 혀는 마비가 된상태 !! (먹은지 8시간 넘었는데 아직도 속이 좀 쓰린다)
맛있게 잘 먹고 갑니다~^^ 또 올게요~!!!
영업시간이 길지 않습니다~!! 혹시 여주에 볼 일이 있으신 분 은 영업시간 확인하시고 한번 드셔보셔도 좋을거 같네요.^^
