하루종일 지치는줄 모르고 논 아이들 덕에 저녁 8시가 다되어서야 집근처에 도착을 합니다.
집에서 밥해먹을 힘같은건 당연히 없어서 예전에도 해운대 갔다왔을때 들렀던 빨간도깨비샤브샤브 손칼국수에서 저녁을 해결하기로 합니다.

샤브샤브에 칼국수 볶음밥까지 한번에 다 해결되니 이만한것도 또 없죠.
채소와 버섯이 듬뿍담긴 육수가 나옵니다. 식욕이 마구 올라옵니다. ㅎ
육수가 끓자마자 고기를 한점씩이 아니라 그냥 쏟아붓고 익힙니다. 아이들도 어른도 미친듯이 건져 먹습니다.
그 와중에 다행히 한컷의 사진은 남겼네요.
고기를 순삭하고 준비된 손칼국수를 넣어줍니다.
이집은 칼국수면을 직접 반죽해서 손으로 썰어서 준비해 둡니다. 얼큰한 육수에 소고기를 담궜던 육수라 국물이 엄청진해지고 맛있어 졌습니다. 왠지 샤브샤브 고기는 이 칼국수를 먹기 위한게 아닐까 싶을 정도로 국물과 면의 조화가 좋습니다.
진한 소고기 육수가 있는데 소주한잔을 안할수가 없어서 바로 한병을 주문하고 와이프와 나눠 먹습니다.
이렇게 칼국수도 순삭시켜 버립니다.
칼국수를 다 먹고 나면 바로 밥을 볶아줍니다. 편해서 좋네요. 이미 배가 엄청 부른 상태지만 볶음밥도 간이 딱맞게 잘 볶아져서 클리어하고 피곤했던 하루를 마감합니다.
