What do you need a DAC for? Well If you have a token you can use it to create a decentralized autonomous community and give your project a lot more substance. Youll need people to use your DAc but you can use them to manage an office, a school, all sorts of things, a church, its going to be really fun! We will get to create these autonomous communities that turn into companies and by starting with regions, cities, even neighborhoods we can really use competition to get everyone else to start using them

Imagine when i combine this with my city's "Get it Done San Diego" App which lets citizens report pot holes, graffiti etc, but doesnt really confirm the work users do, so if they got paid in tokens, we could make civic responsibility exciting.
I feel i can use this for SAND and that every city will need a DAc in the future, DAcs will be used to manage the water utilities the power companies, everything, BUT FIRST we will start with schools where the stakes are not as high, and yet they are the highest. Eventually we will use a DAC to control the police and military but thats far down the line.
