Thai fried rice ข้าวผัด, is a favorite food of the Thais and of numerous different nationalities around the globe.

There are various ways to make fried rice, but Thai style is a bit different, here is some of what was used:

Pork, tomatoes, Thai chilies, lime, rice, cilantro, eggs, fish sauce, golden mountain sauce, and some pork bouillon.

Get everything cooking and all mixed in together! Just like in this BONUS Video Footage!

This is the deliciously brilliant result! Feel free to add a side vegetable and some prik nam pla (พริกน้ำปลา), which is a classic Thai condiment sauce with some spiciness to it, cilantro, and a lime wedge or 2.

You are very welcome @philosophy-trail! The pleasure is all mine. Tasty would be an understatement, but a very fitting description nonetheless. Thanks for stopping by.

Is Thai food always spicy? It looks really good. Except i wouldnt use chilies. Thanks for sharing :)

No, Thai food is not always spicy @sgnsteems. The chilies in this one are only in the small side dish in the very last picture and it let's one make their own plate of fried rice a little spicy if they choose to. Overall, fried rice in Thailand is prepared mild.

Looks great!

Thanks a lot @sumerianprince, tasted great too :)

Thank you @sochul, it was really delicious. I'm glad to hear I could make you hungry :)

Fried rice is a staple dish here too... actually had one yesterday for lunch since we had no time to cook.

Awesome, it's cheap and easy especially when in SEA, but cheap and easy to make yourself even back in the Western world :)

Have you ever tried to use cauliflower grains instead of rice... so delicious.

No I haven't, but now that you've brought it to my attention, I may have to consider it :) Can you cook the cauliflower grains in a rice cooker, just as you would with rice?

Yep, doesn't need long. You can also use it for fried rice. Here one of my recipes: https://steemit.com/food/@amy-goodrich/turmeric-cauliflower-fried-rice-vegetarian-vegan-recipe Enjoy!

OK, good to know. Thanks for the recipe link, it may come in handy if I give these cauliflower grains a try.
