We are now into the final three weeks of the 100 Days of Steem project.

It has been an enjoyable, enthusing, encouraging ride.

Now we are busy planning the next stage of the journey.

We are really excited about what comes next. If you have liked what you have seen in the 100 Days project, we are sure you are going to like what’s happening in the next phase.

The Diary Game

The Diary Game just keeps getting bigger and better.

There are now almost 200 people participating in the game from all around the world.

With so many people putting so much effort into their diary posts we have now increased the prize pool to a total of 3000 STEEM to be distributed between the top 35 diarists in the final points table.

There are still 200 points to play for and plenty of upvotes for all so it is definitely still worth joining in. Check out yesterday’s update for details...

Community Curators

The closing date for applications for the July Community Curator positions is today. If you are still planning on applying the clock is ticking…

100 DAYS OF STEEM : Day 61 - Community Curator Applications for July

So far we have received applications from @acostaeladio, @apon6431, @elgranpoeta, @greenhouseradio, @mers, @nevlu123, @ospro, @roadofrich, @steem-supporter, @steemingcurators, @stef1 and @vipnata.

If anyone has already applied but isn’t on this list please post in the comments below and tag @steemcurator01.

Previous applicants, both successful and unsuccessful, are welcome to apply again.

If any of the current Community Curators want to be considered for a continuation next month they must apply again either with a new application or an indication that they want to resubmit their previous application. The Steem Greeters will automatically be continuing into July as a special curation project.

We will be announcing the July Community Curators in a few days.

For August we are planning a major revamp of how the Community Curators project will operate. We will be releasing details on that at the beginning of July.

The STEEM POD Project

There are currently 7 people enrolled in the STEEM POD Project - @cmp2020, @cryptokannon, @kiwiscanfly and @mariita52 as Steem Greeters, @leveuf (@knitrias) and @team-mexico as Community Leaders, and @oppongk as our first Country Curator for Ghana.

@marcosdk has decided to step down from his role as a Social Promoter.

We are currently reviewing how we progress and develop the STEEM POD as we move beyond the 100 Days project.

We put out a discussion post on Tuesday that generated a lot of very useful feedback and suggestions. There is still time to add your comments…

100 DAYS OF STEEM : Day 75 - The STEEM POD Project - the Next Phase

We have also received a number of applications from people interested in joining the STEEM POD.

Once we have completed our review of the STEEM POD we will be recruiting more people. In the meantime we would like to invite @alexmove (Ukraine), @rishabh99946 (India) and @yohan2on (Uganda) to join the POD team in its current form.

Initially we would like the three of you to assist the Steem Greeters in their new curation project. It will also be good if you can explore ways to promote Steem in your respective countries.

@alexmove, @rishabh99946 and @yohan2on - please confirm in a comment below that you would still like to join the STEEM POD project and we will arrange your initial delegations.

If you can also make contact with the existing Steem Greeters - @cmp2020, @cryptokannon, @kiwiscanfly and @mariita52 - you can get started in the STEEM POD.

Challenges

We put out four challenges this past week. There is still time to enter all of them if you get in quick...

We are now entering the home stretch of the 100 Days of Steem project.

We have learnt so much and we have enjoyed it so much.

Now comes the big challenge of what should happen next.

We are sifting through all that has happened so far. Looking at what worked well and should be continued, and what didn’t go so well and should be dropped.

The first announcements will be made later this week. We can’t wait to tell you...

For me, this is an opportunity to fulfill my dream - to financially protect any person in need in this region, so that everyone can do what he loves and reveal their true talents. Regardless of skills, profession, age, and other parameters.

Now Victor @vict0r and I have already begun to actively engage in the extension of STEEMIT:

We communicate with our friends, tell them the basics, help in registering and writing posts.
there are already 18 people in our telegram chat who are preparing (or have already written) the first posts on their blog on STEEMIT
communicate with local bloggers (small, 1-2 thousand subscribers).
created our technical team account @from-ukraine
for instructions in Russian and Ukrainian.

Official joining the POD team will provide more opportunities for expansion STEEMIT in our region.
