Where are we now though. I hear the same things said with greater urgency. Things that were said last year, retention of membership. Going by recent history over the last year. I suspect retention will be related to the rewarding ability of the platform. The same idea seems to come forefront each time. If I am correct in this, The community invest much of the time to these projects, in many ways and forms. Even if only thinking about prospects to put forth.
Is this time investment of both person and time not holding any value at all? In many cases it seem's (to me) not enough i given back. I think many would still be in progress if the correct structure was put in place first. Still though we will try to build before building a foundation, wondering why what we build tilts over.
Why bother?
The odd's are stacked against ambition. So many will oppose (The number of those who won't is forgotten). and so the cycle carries on.
It seems like I have said for over a year we need to start to build our own support, if the support for the things we want to do is not there. Yet the majority POS seem's concentrated and of only one direction.
