Topic: what is the potential of tokenBB forums?

So I'm wondering....
Is the idea to get our communities off discord, and into tokenised forums here?

Is that the purpose? Is that even desirable? Or even workable?

What do y'all think?

Also.... where exactly do any comments made on this forum show up? They are clearly recorded on the blockchain... so where?

    I think the tokenbb forums are a game changer. They will hit their stride I'm sure soon. So far it works, and yes it is disrable.

    Building a forum takes some serious time and effort but there are still plenty of very successful forums in which people use. As Palcoin grows (granted it is just starting and people claimed their drops today) it will increase exposure and get more people active.

    If it works how i think it works then TokenBB would be a great way to keep things organized for both users and communities by not cluttering the feed and keeping things in the comments instead.

    I'm getting some glitches here and there... but this is exciting and the possibilities are endless. Imagine the potential here, we could have whole communities that have nothing to do with crypto, place their flag on here as well. It's almost as if we are creeping up on reddit.

    It can be great if people upvote the comments, and if they are a lot of categories...
    But the best thing would be a Betterdiscord plugin for direct steem/palnet integration ;-)

          I used to really like using the old chainBB that @jesta built, so have high hopes for this tokenBB/palnet fusion.

          Take-up will rather depend on costs v rewards for admins.

            I think that the idea is that rather than trying to piece together a conversation across several different steem posts and discord chats, a large amount of discussion will happen in a thread on the forum... Looking forward to seeing how well it works.
