Like most here, I don't completely understand all the court filings and legalese mumbo-jumbo. My common sense and logic keeps me wondering why a company with a product/ technology purportedly worth billion(s) or 100's of millions, is even in a bankruptcy court?

Secondly, the statement that shareholders are likely to receive little or no compensation when all is said and done is kinda hard to misinterpret or put a positive spin on.

You would think out of the thousands of shareholders, someone would know a broker or securities attorney that could shed some light on this situation.

Like many you, I'm in too deep to even consider selling for pennies. Getting burned on this is nothing compared to the 1500 $BTC stolen from me 12 years ago when Mt.Gox was hacked.
