Enjoy Tsūtenkaku in Osaka / 신세카이 여행기 / Travel Story / Life PhotographysteemCreated with Sketch.

To see some tourist attractions for two days, I bought an Osaka 2 Day Pass.

The observatory in Sinsekai was one of the attractions I really enjoyed. It was the last place I visited in Sinsekai, Osaka.

It's Tsutenkaku.

As I mentioned in previous post, Jen Jen Yokocho Shotengal and Tsutenkaku is located in the same area.

Walk and walk. I didn't hurry to get to Tsutenkaku. At first, I moved quickly, but the street was interesting. I had to walk slowly. Everything, including buildings, commercials, people and cars, was an attractive thing I didn't want to miss. Enjoyed. Really enjoyed walking.

It was the inside of the elevator of the observatory.

The image played in the elevator. It was beautiful. The elevator was like a time machine. Because, when it stopped, something of the past in Japan would unfold. Do you see the year 1964 in the picture?

I expected about what I would see when it stopped. The first thing what I saw was someone's tiger bag. LOL

I had to line up to see memories and things in Japan's past.

Take a moment to look inside and enjoy the view from the observation deck.

Let's see next time with more pictures of Tsūtenkaku. See you around.

Bontonstory, this was a fantastic post! I just loved it and am so happy that you shared it with us. Your journey to Tsūtenkaku in Osaka was so complete, that I felt I was there with your walking the streets of Osaka, taking the elevator in the observatory and seeing the exhibits and the views. It was such a well done job! It was really an amazing job putting this all together. I really appreciated all the hard work you did.

After viewing your post, I know I will have to travel to Osaka. My grandmother on my mother's side was originally from there. She went from Japan to San Francisco as a bride (arranged marriage). So I will one day have to visit Osaka to pay homage to her. Thank-you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with us!.......Cabbagepatch :D

Oh..I hope your grandmother and you have a great memory in Osaka. I'm listening now Eric Clapton, Somewhere Over The Rainbow now. I imagine an old lady visits a country means her origination, it's very touching. Thank you for your great comment again. :) @cabbagepatch

My grandmother died at age 101 and she was a wonderful person. She was place in the concentration camp with her husband and 8 children. Unfortunately my grandfather died in the camp due to poor conditions. But after World War II, she returned to SF and raised all her children. She was a remarkable and strong women. I think she will be very happy if I go to Japan to honor her memory. But Bontonstory, I really enjoyed your comments and also your wonderful post. Sharing such a memorable time with us is truly a wonderful moment for us. Thank-you also for all your efforts. It is much appreciated!!!

I am sorry for that. I talked rashly. Thank you for sharing your family story. @cabbagepatch

Bontonstory, I didn't mean to imply that you talked rashly. I only wanted to share that my grandmother was a strong and wonderful woman. I loved how you were so excited that I was going to go with my grandmother so I decided to share that she had died awhile ago at the age of 101. I took no offense but was so touched by your words. I sincerely hope you do not worry about what you said. I really, really had a happy moment after reading your comment. The only reason I mentioned about the concentration camp was that she survived it and raised 8 children by herself. It was a proud moment for me knowing that she persevered and remained a good person. Also Bontonstory, I really enjoy you as a person and respect you for what you are doing in Steemit. I also don't want you to hesitate in saying what you want to say. That is why I enjoy your comments. So please promise me that you will not be bothered by this.....it actually did the opposite in that it was very cute of you! Thank-you Bontonstory.........Cabbagepatch :D

You so kind @cabbagepatch :) Don't worry. I know what you were saying. I also sometimes look back my mom's life I've seen. There are many feelings with the memories. I respect her. Thank you always for sharing. :)

Enjoy! :) That's what I want. Thank you @michaelstobiersk

You're welcome. 👍😃

I have only been to Osaka once and it was raining cats and dogs. But the night lights and the futurist building made me feel like being in a cyberpunk city or in Blade Runner LA. Always wanted to go back and see the city again.

The weather was very nice. :) But, I think I know the meaning of Osaka 's night view as 'in Blade Runner LA'. Thank you for sharing @katharsisdrill See you!!

Really a beautiful view @bontonstory :-)
