Sadly, I couldn't go on the ride but my family did and they had greatly enjoyed it. And this Incline is really steep indeed!

Well, it was just a ride down and then back up. And the town below (Chattanooga) is really not all that exciting, at least the part around the bottom station. But the views are spectacular.
In fact I believe it is from the Incoine's top station - the spot where I took this one - that you get the best views that Lookout Mountain has to offer. I was told so by the locals, too.

Hope they had nice trip . I never have experienced airplane journey but from peak of the mountains makes me like I am close to sky and thinking how big I am in the world. Lovely view of the town.
