Driving Through Navajo Nation, Stop at Four Corners (Standing in 4 States at Once!)

After leaving the Grand Canyon we had the opportunity to drive through 3 Native American Reservations. Hopi, Navajo, and Jicarilla Apache.

The scenery was generally beautiful, but there were many trailer oark ghost towns as we cruised through. Sometimes there would ve dozens of abandoned homes and then we would see one that still had a family living inside. Suoer interesting.

The Navajo tribe maintains what is known as the Four Corners Monument, its a place where you can stand in New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Colorado. The photo above is Paolo and I standing in all four states.

They had little souvineers at the monument, I didnt buy any thing, but I did snap a pic of my favorite shirt:
