This year I was lucky 3 times to go to Turkey and spend a total of about 5 months. Now this is one of my favorite countries and I will try to show you what to be outside Antalya and Istanbul with a short photo reports.
Kilis is one of the smallest provinces of Turkey, is located along the border with Syria, being historically the periphery of the district of Aleppo. The population of slightly more than 100 thousand people.
The first time I went there by accident, when the driver turned in the wrong direction and instead of the beach we went to Syria.
The city itself is quite cozy. Basically, here is home to Kurds, Arabs and a few Turks.
Central square, Central mosque and no, it not Lenin.
Yards.
A lot of ancient pieces, for example here, the Hamam of the 16th century.
Street.
Within the city a lively Syrian border crossing and a large refugee camp where I am in a different time. About it in the next post.
