Roji - Taste of Japan
A friend took me to his favorite Sushi Place in Berlin. It is called Roji - Taste of Japan and offers Fusion Sushi with insane effects. Check my Video from yesterday https://steemit.com/travel/@knozaki2015/1o7ekewd
I am not a super big fan of Fusion Sushi but they had some amazing things. For example Minced Tuna on Avocado, or the different Fusion Rolls were amazing too. In Japan you will never find Sushi like that, it's considered bad doing Sushi not the traditional way, but in the US and Europe you will often find these kind of Fusion Dishes
