Today I'd like to talk with all my steemit friends about my travel plans in 2018.
I just booked flight tickets to Morocco for next month. I will fly from the small German town of Memmingen to Fes and fly back from Marrakech to Basel, Switzerland.
Basically, the itinerary in Morocco would be: Fes-Chefchaouen-Marrakesh - Sahara desert tour-Essaouira. I will spend nine days in total in Morocco, but I’m still considering whether go for a Sahara desert tour or go to Essaouira.
@joythewanderer has been to Morocco, she gave me a lot of tips and told me that should be careful of the food in Morocco, she got seriously diarrhea for a week.
Anyone who already has been to Morocco can give me some advise?
On Easter holiday I will go to East Europe, mainly to go to Sarajevo, because a friend told me that Sarajevo is his favorite city.
Although now it’s all in peace, you can still feel the pain of war in Sarajevo, it’s the city with a heavy and sorrow history.
I also booked flight tickets to Ecuador in June. I have always been in love with Latin America. About two years ago I have been there for two months, but i just went to Chile, Peru and Bolivia, I didn’t have enough of traveling in Latin America, it always attracts me to go again.
I have read many posts of @world-travel-pro about his Ecuador travel experience, they are very attractive. So I decided to go to Ecuador for three weeks.
In October, I plan to go to Mongolia and then go back to China. But I'm not very sure about it yet, because I have to check more informations if I travel in Mongolia. It’s certainly that I will go back to China in autumn. I already miss my country very much, specially various Chinese food.
If you also will go to the same places as me, let me know, I’m very glad that have a meet up on the road with you guys. Or have you also planed your 2018 trips, would love to know and discuss with you.

今天想跟大家聊一聊我的2018年的旅行计划。
今天刚定了下个月去摩洛哥的机票，从德国小城市Memmingen乘坐出发到菲斯，再从马拉喀什飞回瑞士巴塞尔。
在摩洛哥的大致行程就是菲斯-舍夫沙万-马拉喀什-撒哈拉沙漠-索维拉。一共九天，形成有些紧张，现在还在考虑要不要在撒哈拉沙漠团和索维拉之间二选一，去过的朋友能不能给些建议呢。
复活节假期的时候会去东欧，主要是去萨拉热窝，因为有朋友去过之后说非常喜欢那里，在那里虽然现在一切平和，但仍然能感受到战争带来的伤痛。
六月去厄瓜多尔的机票已订。因为一直非常热爱南美，两年前去了两个月，但也是只去了智利秘鲁和玻利维亚，之前看了很多@worldtravelpro关于厄瓜多尔的post，觉得那里很不错，所以这次决定去厄瓜多尔三周。
十月目前打算去蒙古，然后回趟中国，不过还没有确定，因为蒙古旅游要查的东西比较多。但回国是一定的了，我已经非常想念大中国的各种美食了。
大家有没有也同样要去这些地方的呢，可以来个meet up哦。

Hey! I'm reading this excellent post of yours and suddenly you mention Ecuador and my name! I'm flattered.
I actually joined steemit about one month after leaving Ecuador, as I traveled north all through Central America. Back then I was doing these travel reports that took a lot of time and I was making very little from them. Honestly I've spend way too much time here. I'm still here in Guayaquil. However the Galapagos was worth every minute! I plan on leaving to Peru. Like last week actually, but I keep pushing the date back as I'm blogging and backlogging weeks worth of blog post so I can travel and not worry about blogging and income.
I think you're travel plans are fantastic. You are certainly more planned out than I am. I usually don't buy tickets until about one or two months out, and prefer to travel regions of the world at time skipping from one neighboring country to the next, with no serious time frames. But often life isn't that simple.
I literally have to get moving or I'm going to miss out on so much of Latin America, as regardless of where I am in the this part of the world I have to get back to Florida in May to see my father's new house before he leave to New York for the summer so that's pretty much a set date. I just don't know what country I'll be in when I fly there!
Morocco has been high up on my list for a long time. I love an intense culture as long as they are nice :). From what I here Morocco offers exactly that. It will be great seeing how you enjoy the place.

You are right, it is absolutely different if you are a long term traveler, as we also were for a year, or if you just have to adjust a certain time frame for the travels.
Ecuador is a trip we do together and and yes, because life is not always that easy, we just have 3 weeks for South America this time. But still, I think it's a good amount of time to spend in Ecuador to see some nice places and do some trekkings and also get the chance to relax a bit.
We booked the tickets quite in advance this time, as it seems that prices are increasing in June and July, as it is a very popular travel time. Like this we don't need to worry anymore about increasing prices and we can already look forward for the trip.
Our plan for Ecuador looks like we take a bus from Guayaquil to Quito, and then move slowly south to Loja and back to Guayaquil.
But we'll see..;)
Anyway, enjoy your last days in Ecuador and enjoy Peru - it's an amazing country!

Ha ha. No wonder I'm still sitting here in Guayaquil Ecuador! lol. I suddenly got a call from a business partner in Quito. No I have to take an 8 hour overnight bus to Quito to sign papers and crap! uggg. I guess it's good I didn't leave Ecuador yet. But I'm quickly watching my trip through South America go out the window!

Great plans! I been to Morocco, went from Marrakech to Fez and Cassablanca by train, would suggest the trains are easy and good.

Oh that's great! How was Cassablanca for you? I'm planning to take a train from Fez to Marrakech or I also read about desert tours which start in Fez and end up in Marrakesh.. Not sure if i do that...

Casablanca is more western, did like it the least I think. Desert tour is nice, friend of mine did that, he loved it

我以前是坐那个trans-Mongolia的火车 中途在俄罗斯和蒙古呆了一段时间 最后坐到北京的 感觉很不错
