Dear Diary: It Is So Hot Today And I Loved It

At last it is hot and warm again and I am still not sweaty. I do not like cold environments because it makes my hands and feet cold as they have not much fat in them that can insulate my thin body. So my mother always puts socks into my feet when I am at dialysis and a double blanket that we bring along so I won't get cold.

Most people just don't like hot weather either especially the humid environment because it triggers the body to sweat and makes the skin sticky and it makes an uncomfortable feeling when you are like me that is always laying down because of my bone issues.

But I love the hotness of a sunny weather, it is so cheery because maybe of the bright light, that is why people in my country smiles a lot. But the humid effects in my body is superb because I would release extra salt and maybe toxins from my sweat and it also would allow me to drink extra water which I could not afford to do in a cold weather where I get so flooded with water and even eating foods makes me breathless.

But it is the wet and rainy season today and the hot weather just is a bonus for me because at the end of most days it will rain and it gets cold again. My dream is just to have a sauna section in my house so that I can enjoy a hot weather of my own, maybe in the future when i get to fix my house I will make one because it helps a lot for my health issues.
