I need your suggestions on cure for neck pain

I have been suffering from neck pain I can hardly turn my neck fast please I need remedy to this problem what kind of medication can cure me from this problem it's indeed a barrier for me, I also need your prayers. Please if you have idea for medication on neck pain please do send your comment cause it will be helpful to me
