Upex experienced some issues over the past week as we were in a transition period as we had to migrate servers.
The process took much longer than we expected and there were a few hiccups along the way.
However, things look to be working now and we aren't anticipating any more disruptions.

We have looked into why this happens sometimes and it appears it has to do with editing a prior post. The blockchain counts an edit to an older post as you creating a new post (which was already voted by upex), so the bot skips your next post that day because it is reading that you already got an upvote on a post you created that day... does that make sense?
We are working on fixing this issue, but it is rather complex. In order to not have any issues try to make sure you do not edit any prior posts until you get your vote from Upex that day. That should solve the problem. In the meantime though, we will be happy to manually make up any missed upvotes for you. :)

The minimum is around 200 SP currently. It adjust based on the amount of total SP delegated, IE the more SP that is delegated, the higher the minimum amount goes due to the integers on steemit. For right now the minimum should be around 200-300 SP and you will get a vote the day after you delegate and continue to get one each day.
