Steemit Bug: 'Repeative Posts' due to Transaction Broadcast ErrorsteemCreated with Sketch.

in utopian-io •  7 years ago

I have experienced this for quite some time so I believe this is not a temporarily problem e.g. network. I am using Chrome browser and when I publish a post, it shows: 'Transaction broadcast error'

But actually, the post is already published, so If I press Post after sometime, e.g. 5 minute limitation between any two posts, there will be a duplicate post pushed to the steem blockchain.

Here is the error message when I press F12 in the Chrome console, which helps to identify this problem.

This happens every time on my PC, here is my browser:

oh... i see. didn't read that post . thanks anyway.

I am facing exactly the same problem as you describe in your post the last 7-10 days. It happens to every post i publish this period. I thought that it was something temporary but seems to be not. I can verify that in the last post i made a few hours ago the problem continued.

The problem appeared after the period that steemit.com was down and started to function again and also after the new design applied. Thanks for posting about it with the hope that somebody of the steemit techs will fix it soon.

This happens a lot and I'm luck not to be hit by it so far.
It's consistent enough now.
My trick is check the blog page and damn well refresh a few times until after a minute and be sure it's not there.
Now, it's like the error message give me assurance it's posted because it's so consistent. LOL
