I'm not the biggest fan of dates but have never considered trying them in a smoothie! I've been transitioning to more plant based meals and posts like this help remind me how easy it is to stay on track. Great post! 🍇🍎

Adding dates to your green smoothie adds it sweetness. You can also omit the dates and take more of the other sweet ingredients, such as ripe bananas or ripe sweet apples.
