For real the average Vegan don't need to remember about protein. That movie is for athletes, people who want to build muscles. Vegetables has enough protein to life properly. All what u need to supplementation is B12, cuz of sterile environment where we actually life.
Anyway I enjoed that video, was very interesting for me. Also the quality was great.
