I mentioned a month ago that I had realized I had shrunk. This week, I observed something new.
Check-in
Walking is more comfortable, and my lower back does not feel as if it is being squashed. I have the ability to stand for extended lengths of time. Breathing is a lot easier now. Last month, I noticed that one of the shirts was a little looser. All of my clothes are now roomier, and I've gone down a size.

For the past three months, I've been alternating between 18:6 and 20:4. I've been monitoring calories for a month and try to maintain between 1300 and 1600 calories per day. I keep track of my carb intake; it's significantly lower than it used to be, so I don't obsess over it.

My road bike is quite great. I took it to the shop during the summer and had it resurrected. I brought it home and put it to use.
