Hurricane Irma /// Is it me or are these American News Castors ACTORS ?

in weather •  7 years ago  (edited)

I'm watching the news about the hurricane right now and Fox, CNN, and the like keep telling their news castors to be safe because its just so bad outside. Give me a break. One guy for Fox is standing in 2 inches of water and the wind is blowing his hair. He held up a coconut and pointed out a downed stop sign. He was also stumbling around like the wind was blowing him down. He is in Miami where the eye of the storm WILL NOT HIT, just some wind. All of the news castors are like "Be safe, get out of there", etc. One lady news castor on Fox just said "if you survive the storm then hopefully you will have a house to come back too. Come on people. I suppose the News Castors are trying to make this a big deal for more viewers. Money is the name of the game with these news organizations.

Actors. The news people say "get out while you still can", yet they send their own people into the storm. LOL. Entertainment at its best. Cheers people.

For those that are ACTUALLY in the Storm, like the Keys, then take shelter. As far as Miami goes? Might as well read a book in your living room. Cheers all.

They clearly aren't journalists any longer; Script readers, so yeah, actors. :)
