Also alot fo sleep less stress level will help execelarate that proccess. Also drinking lemon water and apple cider viniger will help. When insulin level are high in the body this cuases the body to trun carbs and extra sugar into belly fat. And high insulin levels are usually caused by eating a diet high on sugar and refined carbs. Eating more healthy fats like avocado meat and moderate dairy and less carbs is going to make u loss belly fat quick.
