Reality, yours or mine~

Reality

When the bottom drops, you find yourself alone. Falling, you reach out as best you can, for anything to hold on to.

A branch, a twig, a small slice of grass to hold you to reality.

The reality they say is good and true, but is it, if you are always having to strive to stay in it?

Wouldn't it be grand if your own reality was the best one in the land? The one where you were in the know and all the others were trying to find where you were.

Worlds would be rocked by the imagination of all inside this place.

Would people slowly go insane if they had to live inside your brain?

It's a thought I wonder from time to time. I'm not overly concerned. I can barely use my cell phone so I don't see me willing to share my brain through some weird brain swapping device.

It does make you wonder though if any of us would survive in another's brain, even for an hour. I'm thinking it would be a scary thing no matter who's brain you found yourself in. I'm going with 'No Thank You' if they should ever ask.

We all have our own way of dealing with the world, the memories, the pain. I don't think this is something we all deal with in similar ways.

My memories, some would scream at, I would, of some of yours.

Let's let people be who they are and give them hope when it's needed. We are all on this planet together for good or bad let's try and have more tolerance then not.

When in the end we all strive for the same thing.

Staying in the correct reality.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

That was an interesting collection of thoughts and ideas. I hadn't thought about it before, but now I'm not sure I'd want to be in somebody else's brain.

yeah, I don't think it's safe anywhere but your own loll

My husband quite often muses as to what it must be like to be in my brain. He will ask me to just share a train of thought and I can't even verbalize half of what is going on.

Would people slowly go insane if they had to live inside your brain?

Probably not SLOWLY! :) It might be more like careening down a steep gravel driveway in a little red wagon with rocket boosters on the back! :)

Probably not SLOWLY! :)

yeah, when I get upset at mine I wish he could be IN mine for 5 minutes LOLL don't know if he would make it though :D

That would definitely be something very weird... Getting into other people's mind, even for a single minute would be an odissey for the bravest. Thank you for sharing your thoughts my dear @snook

Thanks for reading @felobtc :D yeah, think it's scarier then one would think!

All of us just have a lot to absorb and "no thanks" too, I would not want to live in another's brain. :p

:D it might sound good in theory but.......yeah, thinking not so much in reality loll

I too have enough trouble hanging out in my own mind, let alone trading with another person! If you were in my mind you'd say, "Where are those voices coming from?" ha ha.

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

yeah, minds can be a scary thing :D

interesting concept about how it would be to live inside someone else's brain. Or even stepping into their lives. Would it totally short-circuit us?

I'm coming to feel, more and more, that I'm the only player in a RPG videogame. ;-o

Great line and very true sometimes!

Nope. My own brain is more than I can handle at times lol

I so agree with that! LOLL
