I'm tack! Japanese steemian.
My job is to cook Yakitori.
「Yakitori」is japanese style skewered chicken.
When I cook Yakitori, I took a picture to see how it feels.
It is before baking.
From this side,
Ume Shiso(plum), Neck, Thigh and leek, Liver.
I will cook this on charcoal fire.
Add heat to the center of the meat in as short a time as possible.
As heating becomes longer, the meat becomes hard and it is not tasty.
But it is not good to be raw,
I want to finish this in just the right timing.
After baking,
Like this.
A delicious Yakitori is one with meat puffy.
Please imagine that the cause of bulging is that the moisture is boiling slowly.
As time passes and it gets cold, the meat will shrink.
