Yoga for Hair Growth is called "Balayam". Bal is sanskrit for Hair and Vyayam is sanskrit for Exercise.

This simple exercise of rubbing your nails together 5 mins each in Morning and Evening can do wonders for your hair growth and overall health of hair. You don't need any equipment for this and could be done while watching TV, waiting in queue, travelling in metro or any place you feel comfortable.
