Today I want t share with you how to make one leg pigeon pose. This posr is not for begginers. First you have to develope your back flexibility. In the next tytorial I will show how to increase it. Your spine is your center of life and good health. When you keep it flexible and strong you will be always in good mood, healthy and full power energy!
