Not knowing these reasons and their USEFUL APPLICATION, is equivalent to WASTE Energy and Time in our experimental practice, and even worse, to make our students also lose a definite time and energy for their personal fulfillment.
"Yoga is dexterity in action" ... An action that begins in our physical body and extends centripetally to our core, and according to the Upanishads, centrifugally towards the limit of the knowable universe.
To seriously aspire to this transformation, every blade of energy must be effectively applied on the optimal path to kaivalya.
KAIVALYA: In classical yoga the term refers specifically to the
transcendental isolation (kaivalya) of pure observation (drishi), that
is, of the observer (YS II.25), which refers to the innate capacity of
the self for constant apperception of the contents of consciousness
(citta).
