YOGA BENEFITS AND YOGA ASANA #1

In our busy lives, YOGA is also very Important for our Health and Overall Body.

What is YOGA?
Yoga is actually a Sanskrit word. It is more than 10,000 years old Indian body of Language. Gurudev Sri Ravi Shankar define Yoga as, " Yoga is the emotional emotional integration and spiritual elevation with a touch of mystic element, which gives you a glimpse of something beyond all imagination.”

Yoga helps us in many ways and there are so many Poses (Asanas) of Yoga. Yoga is like exercise but its not just an exercise and Poses, its beyond all these.

BENEFITS OF YOGA:

  • It Improves Health
  • It helps to build Mental Strength also
  • It helps in Improving Physical Strength
  • It Protects us from Injury
  • It Increases our Energy
  • Helpful for Inner Peace
  • Basically It is helpful in All Round Body Fitness
  • for Better Relationships also it is helpful

Now, I will discuss about one of the Poses(Asana) of YOGA.

#1 MOUNTAIN POSE (TADASANA)

The Mountain pose or Tadasana is one of those Yoga postures that brings many benefits to our body. Mountain Pose is also known as PALM TREE POSE.
This Pose is specially recommended for beginners.

Here are some Benefits of Mountain Pose:

  • It stretches our whole body from feet to head
  • It strengthens chest, thighs, legs, ankles and hands.
  • It helps to increase height
  • It reduces flat feet
  • Helps to regulate respiratory system
  • It increases flexibility

There are some Precautions also that you should not skip.

(☠) Pregnancy women should not try this

(☠) Low blood patients and the one suffering from headache and insomnia should not try this Yoga Pose(Asana).
