Thank you for a really wonderful and detailed post xxx. It was only a few weeks ago my yoga teacher spoke about a study she read about people who breathe more shallow are more likely to be stressed, anxious and less healthy - often leading to worse health in this area of the body (heart & lung problems) than people who breathe deep into the lungs and belly who are more happy, balanced and healthy. Just shows how these ancient practices are so true. I've up-voted as more people need this information in these times. Thank you again :)

You're very welcome, @quasimodo! It's incredible how easy it actually is to activate real health, using something as simple and accessible as the breath. Conscious breathing can reset one's entire experience--it's magic!!!
