Lumbar spine
Props: Belt (scarf, material) and Block.
This is a small routine to bring about lower back relief. Maybe your back has had a flare up or just general compression of the lumbar spine causing discomfort. This is a simple easy going sequence.
Variations for 'Supine Pigeon' pose, keep the foot on the floor and press away with the hand on the thigh.
