So, I want to be amazing at Yoga. I have started practicing every day and I've even bought myself a yoga mat! Go me! I've noticed a change in my posture and I've also noticed that I have a strong desire to be true to myself. You know when sometimes you tell yourself that you are happy or that you are OK with something, but actually, in your heart of hearts you know you're not. It takes courage and strength to make a change. To be honest with oneself, although sounds easy is actually quite difficult because it means you have to break some habits. If you're always telling yourself something, which is the easy option, then you need to be able to take the more difficult option and take the music. This will often cause some pain in the short term, but in the long term it should pay off. It's just hard to take that first step, but I think yoga will help me immensely in this.
