#YogaChallenge Day 19 | "Band & Bind” - Because we're in the home stretch & I needed a gentle class…

OOOOooh baby, today’s class was so damn good. Mostly because it was gentle and fast. (Insert dirty joke here)— but seriously!

The class was taught by the site’s founder David, who is just about the chillest person I’ve ever seen, taking you through a few nice sun-salutations and then some deep seated stretches and twists.

I also learned. I’m awful at binds. But hey ho. Always room for improvements. Last year I was awful at sun salutations, and today I noticed my transitions especially stepping my leg through for low lunges have been nearly seamless.

Meditation was short and sweet today too so I think i’m going to take a tip and make this little update short and sweet as well.

I’m pretty sore through my shoulders, and upper back but other than that, feeling good and ready to get into my last day of work before TOOLSDOWN and we’re in full blown holiday mode.. I can’t wait!

You know, I don't do yoga, but my hat's off! respect, I know it demands lots of discipliny, physically and mentally. Way to go!

Aw thank you for such kind words! it's been SO tough but i know how good it is for my mind and body so I'm going to keep it up as long as I can- happy meditation, i know how great i always feel afterward<3 you deserve that feeling whenever you can get it too <3

Haha your gif cracked me up! So cool that you’ve stuck with the yoga challenge all month and are starting to see changes in your flexibility within the poses.

I keep saying I need to do more yoga... sigh. Maybe I can start working it into my routine in the new year.

Looking back I realized that this is actually the 4th challenge I've done this year, 2 beginner, one 14 day challenge and this one i'm trying intermediate for the first time. It's been a stretch, muscularly, mentally and time wise- but I knowI'll be better off for it.

I have a ton of beginner classes i can recomend if you're looking for a place to start- you should go for it! <3
