[About Meditation] 3. Observe the Silence.

in zen •  7 years ago

Throughout your day, take the opportunity to reset yourself, to reset your busy mind. Use the time available to you, whether it is 1 minute, 5, 10, or 30 minutes. Just pause, observe the silence. It helps to refresh your focus and start from clean mental slate.

Observing the physical (external) silence helps you observe the mental (inner) silence.
