Hi all!
Today I had to work as well but I tried to use the stairs only and I used my break to walk around the town.
After work I went to the gym. I am trying to do at least half hour of workouts daily. I get video workouts that are different every day, you are working on all areas of your body and sometimes they are selected like arms or core workout etc. Mostly, every workout would be including cardio of course. I love them and find them really good for what I want to achieve, keeping me fit but not bulky.
Anyways, unfortunately I have to use my phone for the videos so it doesn't count my steps but I at least have most of it.
Keep working out or at least walk as much as you can, every step counts!
