I have started this running thing that I am praying I can keep up for the long term or at least through the summer months. I typically wake up at 4pm and once I’m fully awake, I leave my house at 5:30am for a run. I am no runner so I do a mix of running and fast walking. It takes me about 35 minutes in total.
This in conjunction with my daily walks to and from work should keep me in tip top shape.
