오늘은 월급날이다. 일하는 직원 중에 한 사람이 피자와 치킨과 핫도그를 샀다. 10여명 되는 직원들이 맛있게 먹었다. 비용이 많이 나왔을 것이다. 난 피자 두 조각과 치킨 한 조각, 핫도그 하나를 먹었다. 배가 부르지는 않았다. 곧 저녁식사 시간이 되어서 밥을 먹을지 고민이 되었다. 직원식당으로 가다가 발길을 돌렸다. 점점 배가 불러왔다. 결국 저녁밥을 먹지 않았다.
적게 먹으면 곧바로 포만감이 오지 않는다. 기다리면 포만감이 온다. 적게 먹고 기다리는 습관을 만들어야 한다.
