by SGT, SGTreport.com:
Bitcoin is poised to pass $2,000 USD tonight, while Ethereum is up nearly $40 today alone to $127. Less than three months ago Ethereum was at $8. The crypto currencies are on fire, and in the Ethereum's case, for good reason. With a $11-12 billion market cap, we feel compelled to ask the question: Could Ethereum be the next $1,000 crypto?
There remain several schools of thought on the crypto currencies, and Bitcoin in particular. About a year ago I became vocal about the potential rise of Bitcoin back to stratospheric levels and advised listeners to consider taking a small, speculative position in Bitcoin as a hedge against inflation, and as a gamble on the potential for the crypto to hit new all-time highs. Which it has, and then some.
But now the interest in Ethereum is growing, BIG TIME. According to Wealth Daily May 22nd kicks off the Consensus Blockchain Conference. This conference goes for two days and features workshops that educate attendees on the benefits of blockchain technology.
Ethereum Is About to Boom
https://www.wealthdaily.com/articles/ethereum-is-about-to-boom/8674
Wealth Daily's Alexandra Perry writes, "without argument, Ethereum will be the star of the event. It has become the darling of many companies that are trying to improve their networks. "

Perry notes, "Ethereum is quickly overcoming an obstacle that Bitcoin struggled with: widespread adoption."
At this point we can only ask: GOT ETHEREUM?
*** PLEASE UP-vote, re-Steem and FOLLOW @SGTreport -- Thanks!! ***
Etherium is the most useful of the cryptos, because it's a platform. We are just beginning to understand its applications, and there will be many. Get some now. I'm still kicking myself for not buying at $8, but this story is just getting started. The vast majority of investors haven't come close to considering cryptos yet. When that dam breaks, look out.

BUY CRYPTOES SEEL THE US DOLLAR
The dollar will begin its 18 year cycle with a 9 year downturn period to the eurocurrencies as it always has done. This will probably be very bullish for precious metal too.
Check out this post for more on the cycles of weakening US dollar and the current state of the dollar.

Everyone that is new to these cryptos should remember one thing! They are a software program based on open source code. At any moment, that feature that makes one "better" than another could be incorporated into most of them. A few years back, the Bitcoin core developers considered some major changes, block speed, block size etc., but decided to wait because others like Litecoin, Feathercoin, were already EXPERIMENTING with these features. Many of these alt coins are just that... running as a test case for new ideas.
I respect the fact that the Bitcoin core development team is conservative and willing to wait before incorporating a change. Many companies are starting to transfer to Litecoin because transactions are faster, and that is good as well, but lets see how the LTC structure reacts when the transaction count hits full throttle to what their network can handle.
Having said all that, I will also add that, Etherum, Ripple, DASH, and many other cryptos are entirely different than BTC, and will always remain so. BTC cannot and would not be able to duplicate the features of these alts. They are essential blockchain 2.0 products. It is my view that worldwide adoption will not happen till blockchain 3.0 technology is invented. As of right now, the only alt coin that I have found trying to develop a 3.0 platform is DASH. Their upcoming 'Evolution' wallet will change everything that newcomers and veterans hate about cryptos.

This is another case of an actual BOT on Steemit that found the paragraph you quoted on another site with an earlier creation date. You will probably get a visit from the SteemCleaning team, as they investigate BOT finds. I don't think they will do anything though, because in my opinion, you clearly attributed that quote to Wealth Daily, provided the authors name with an actual link to where we can find it.

The data is still maintaining a 'drop' in US price of around $500 as the price of bitcoin approaches the
'old high price for gold'.
The data has the 'price drop' for Bitcoin to cause the more or less accustomed 'freak-out' by those not
experienced in real price discovery, and then, data sets have Bitcoin back on the 'fractal track' it has
established with a new 'target' of over $2300.

If I could add one thing that I believe a lot of people forget... Bitcoin is a software program. At any moment, the core developers could come out with a patch, and instantly include all the features that make any alt coin a superior crypto. In fact, a few years ago, BTC core was considering changing the block times and block size, but instead decided to let Litecoin act as a TEST crypto to prove viability before incorporating the structure into BTC.

I love your videos. I am new on steemit and do believe in it. However I have two concerns. 1) I am concerned that bitcoin and steemit is an effort for global one world currency. Remember the globalists want a one world currency, one world government and one world religion. This may be a step. bitcoin is global, it is digital, it is safe. That may be the global elite's plan. 2) I fear what I say on here may be tracked by big brother for when they bring in the one world government, they have us profiled. What are your thoughts?? I appreciate a reply from you my friend at SGT. Great video. Love your stuff and hope and pray for an upvote. Again ThANKS.

Do you want gold as a one world currency? Poor people don't have gold. Rich people have the lions share. In a free market place people should choose anyway. If you can convince someone to accept your "authentic" silver coins, go for it. People want convenience and that is why they turn to the internet just as you do.

enjoy, first of all, I have made the exact same argument you pose here: The crypto idea (Bitcoin) may well be a creation fostered by the CIA or elite for the purposes of brainwashing the public into accepting the idea of a digital (paperless) currency world. That said, the rise of many other viable cryptos (like Ethereum) are the result of a free market acting on a good idea. And many of the cryptos do indeed allow for anonymous (or PRIVATE) transactions outside of the reach of criminal governments. That's a good thing.
As for the tracking of what sites you visit or what comments you leave, that's been going on for better than ten years. The NSA has a "file" on all of us now.

Hello Sean, as always I looked forward to your recent steemit blog post. I too feel crypto-currencies will be an important part of the future of trading, however when I noticed in this particular article where it was disclosed that this monster list of players attending the Consensus Blockchain Conference, I found myself immediately asking the question; if the likes of CME Group, DTCC and Thompso Reuters, to name a few, are "taking an interest" as you put it, in these vehicles, what is their purpose? These are market riggers. Are they looking more closely at these upcoming currencies to get an early start at learning how to rig them? Think about it? I am not as encouraged at these entities attending this conference as it seems you are. Just sayin'

patrick, that's good thinking too - I went down that path as well. The thing that kept me on the track I shared in this video is the LACK of any ETF or Comex-like vehicle that would allow these actors to blatantly manipulate to cryptos (ETH) like they do silver and gold on the COMEX. I am taking the leap that they actually see value and opportunity, and still need to compete.

Ethereum could break $1000 dollars today, if they reduced the amount of tokens in circulation by 75%. This would cause the price of a single Ethereum token to about 1000 dollars. However, this would only make calculating token value more difficult. There is currently 91,763,077 Ethereum in circulation. If, magically the price of Ethereum rose to 1000 dollars, Ethereum would be a 100 billion dollar company (almost a 900% increase from today's numbers.) In summary, it would take a hell of a lot of people buying Ethereum to cause the price to break $1000 dollars with the current circulating supply. I don't forsee Ethereum surpassing 25% of Bitcoin's worth per token.

That's great kevin. I can tell you that to date, I have never lost a nickel on the cryptos, unlike silver and gold which has been an endless litany of psychological and economic hardship. And NOT because we were wrong about our thesis, but because there is no rule of law preventing the criminals from endlessly manipulating the precious metals.

With an athlete you work in different fields: technique, fitness, coordination skills, mental strength, competition mode and relaxation efforts. He won't grow in every single one at the same speed, but his thrive in the progress of one of those will help him where he's stuck. Progress happens over time! What does this mean for Ethereum? ETH works out the same way: they are growing in varying areas: 1) the EEA is getting bigger gaining more influence. 2) The ETF decision is expected. 3) Almost every ICO is paid in ETH which supports the price of the token. 4) New Apps released almost every day. 5) A growing developer team worldwide. 6) Uprising awareness in the mainstream. Fair point. I bought Clif High's $99 Crypto Report and he talks up Veritaseum a bit saying
"Veritaseum is showing smart contract language is showing up with many cross links over to the ETH emotional values. SHORTTERM sets are showing for an 'explosive growth' period this year in early Summer and into Fall."
The ONLY reason I am giving Veritaseum a good long think is because Clif has been on fire lately with the Crypto predictions.
