Good day from Germany my friends! Today there is a good amount of sun outside and the trees are starting to grow leaves again which is a beautiful sight.

Yesterday I was nominated by @guiltyparties to participate in the Witness Blocks Challenge which is about doing something useful with the Steem Power that you got from processing blocks.

Since I haven't processed many blocks so far I will give the Steem Power that I earned from processing blocks away as a delegation to @arrrados because he talked about Norse Mythology yesterday on the latest Pimp Your Post Thursday episode.

I like reading about Norse Mythology & and he is basically promoting the beliefs of my ancestors, thank you for doing that @arrados & enjoy the small delegation of 6SP.

I now nominate the following witnesses to continue the challenge: @Ura-Soul, @Quochuy, @jrswab & @stoodkev

Witness Update

I have climbed to full rank 125 and active rank 97 which is good progress. I am getting my name out there more & more and the readers on the latest SteemSchool episode were quite right with their comments, it is better to cut it to 1 post per day to focus more on networking.

Diary

I have decided to keep it to 1 post per day and that I will also not post 1 SteemSchool tutorial every day anymore because it takes too much time away from my day and because after doing the post I almost have no more time left to talk with other people!

Creating the video, graphics & text for 1 post takes around 2 hours, then I answer comments that takes 1 hour and then I usually go to the gym, buy food, take care of the house, read, do paperwork get that episode on Steemschool.net/episodes & more.

And I didn't even add working on my goals to that list... I have to rework the coaching page on SteemSchool, add a one- page post to the witness menu on Steemschool. And there are more goals which I did not even mention.

And it fucking sucks to not have time for any other things after doing my Steem work and daily routines so I will cut it to 1 post.

What is life worth if all you do is work (Steemit is fun work by the way)? You gotta enjoy life too and the sun is shining outside. Soon it will get very warm outside and then I want to read outside at the creek & record more videos there.

Life has to be enjoyed too!

Instead of you doing your 2 posts a day you can do some photographic stuff, like 1 photo a day, maybe call it one photo a day challenge, humanearl is doing this atm, posting 1 photo a day... it would provide an extra revenue source easy to use since you can just go outside when it's warm and take pictures out in nature! And especially now that you are a witness and need to keep the servers running you need that extra source of revenue!

BTW you could do those delegations giveaways like once a week, maybe do it on an extra post and explain a little about the guy you are delegated too and why! Extra posts= extra revenue= less loss running the witness-servers on this bearish market that we are currently having! And also extra posts especially the ones about delegating SP would bring you more attention from the steemit crowd, more visibility could increase your ranking on the witness ladder, making you ear more SP per day!

I'll keep my comment short (sarcasm)

Great comment tho Teuto, I need to take some time away from Steemit to live my life.

You really got some much to do in a day. Sometimes I get so busy on steemit and I feel 24 hours in a day isn't enough. I guess I will have to follow your footstep and reschedule my day better.

Sometimes I get so busy on steemit and I feel 24 hours in a day isn't enough

That is 100% how I feel, you gotta make sure you do not schedule your whole time away with your routines & goals.

@valorforfreedom Congrats on the climb uphill. Frankly, when I used to see you on the Discord Server available most of the time, and also, on Steemit, it made me wonder, how much time you actually spent on this platform. Looks like you have been sleeping, breathing, eating steemit. LOL. Which is about the dedication needed, but good decision on slowing down. You got to enjoy the other side of life too, the sun, nature, life which isn't tied down to striving, and achieving, but being. Those are moments full of magic. Cheers!

Thank you WL.

I have really worked my ass off for this so far, I need to take a step back, grab some energy, and try out my new strategy with my new time management plan.

have u read Snorre Sturlason? Icelandic chieftain and author from 1179

Yes, he wrote the Prose Edda.

nice its good one

Good day! I'm new, I try to read your posts, they are very instructive. I also love history, not only my own country, but also others. You are absolutely right, do not just think about work. You must give your work as much time as you want. Do not forget to rest and take care.

Thank you Alina.

You are really like a sort of a role model to people like me. Since the day i read your post about how you rose through the ranks on steemit, i got challenged and motivated to do same or even better if possible.

Its really painful i missed the pimp your post thursday, my phone developed some fault, i do hope i would have gotten enough money to buy a ne one by next thursday.

Keep up with your good work and congratulations about your new witnness rank.

Thank you Factism.

And it fucking sucks to not have time for any other things after doing my Steem work and daily routines so I will cut it to 1 post.

I hear you. You have so much going on here, I can understand you running out of time every day to deal with other critical things. I had to force myself to stay away the last couple days to just catch up on work. Hard but necessary.

Great job with tough decision to pull back to one post so you can pay attention to other important things you need to get done here on Steem and in life.

Thank you for that man!

No problem mate.

I'm glad you are taking the some time to enjoy life. Piggybacking off what @teutonium said about posting a photo, you might want to use zappl, and share a quick thought about nature or what your reading.

Good idea EH, I might do that sometimes!

Informative, thank you.
