If you lift, you should really check out Noel Deyzel

In a world of liars and influencers and bogus diet plans that trick people into using their programs at great expense only to discover that these programs were never intended to work and the influencers don't actually use the products, we have a few shining lights out there and Noel Deyzel is one of those.

Of all the influencers out there, he is the only one that I am aware of that has been very open about his steroid use and while he doesn't call out other influencers by name, he basically indicates that a vast majority of the people out there that are pushing various exercise products, supplements, or dietary programs for money are completely full of shit and don't even use the program or machine that they are promoting. He also said that these spokespeople or influencers couldn't possibly obtain the physique that they have without PED assistance.

The Shake Weight and the follow up Free Flexor were good examples of this sort of thing. They featured extremely ripped men in the advertisements and tried to present this overpriced piece of weighted plastic as being some sort of miracle of the fitness industry and all you had to do was shell out $39.95 or whatever it cost in order to look like the people in the commercials. Years later when everyone started using the internet as their primary source of information it was revealed that these products accomplish very little and are only slightly better than sitting on the sofa.

Noel Deyzel has been joined by other bodybuilders and athletes in the world to call out these bogus products and the even more bogus people who promote them. He is also very open about the fact that he has for quite some time used PED's in order to obtain his physique and tells the public that it would not be possible for him to get to this point without them.

Some people, who are probably funded by the lying supplement industry have attempted to create a campaign to have him deplatformed claiming that he is encouraging steroid use and of course they use teenagers as examples to try to score social justice points.

Noel doesn't recommend steroids to anyone, he is just honest about the fact that you simply can not get to the point that he, and other elite bodybuilders are at without it. He also does not tell anyone what types of steroids he uses or how frequently. This is called a "cycle" and he will not reveal it to anyone.

He doesn't just focus on training in his videos either but rather on self-awareness and mental health, tips on meal prep, and how he is anti-bullying. His videos are short and are extremely inspirational and that is probably why he has seen such a massive surge in subscribers and as you can see above, his videos get viewed by a ton of people and the comments sections are filled with a lot of interesting information.

Personally, I have no intention of using steroids or other PED's but it has been really nice to see someone out there stop pretending as if all of these guys including celebrities aren't juicing when they clearly are. No celebrity will ever admit to this and the influencers who are pushing various supplements would see their sponsorship disappear overnight if they were to admit that they were doing steroid cycles in addition to taking the supplements that they are promoting.

If you are into bodybuilding or fitness and want to hear some non BS information about it as well as other short videos about how important overall well-being is then Noel's channel is probably one of the best ones out there. Noel also talks repeatedly about how important it is to stay away from crash diets and how gradual changes to your lifestyle is what makes for lifelong success. This is something that I talk about frequently with the people I advise about weight loss and fitness.

One of the best things about his videos is that there isn't a plug for products in them at all other than maybe a shirt that he is wearing that probably paid him to wear it in the video... and I don't see anything wrong with that.

There is so much bad information out there as far as the diet and exercise world is concerned and for me it is nice to see there are some people that are actually telling the truth, even if the truth is about a substance that is illegal in most parts of the world.
