Hi. So I bought and then did this review of the GP-5 gas mask which is readily available from many places including Amazon. It's the civilian gas mask made many moons ago. The original canisters are with many. For some it's a novelty item, but for us preppers it is actually of some use, especially when coupled with some in date gas mask filter/canisters. The mask itself is fine. I threw out the old canister and replaced with some new ones. I'm still looking for better ones but the current ones I have offer far better protection than the one that came with it, which was made in 1975 or something lol!
