Can a Woman lead?...2

in busy •  6 years ago  (edited)

Who really leads a home? Who stays back to take care of the kids? Who consoles and re-inspire greatness out the broken spirit of a frustrated man? Who listens more? Who cares more? The woman does. Some men do sometimes but all the aforementioned falls within the socially approved spheres of women’s responsibility. Women are believed to be more suited for these roles.

The man issues the orders, which sometimes, will not fly because it is far from the realities of things.

The woman takes hold of the order, polishes it, remolds it to the reality of the situation of things and then re-inform the man of the best thing to do. Although, many culture and religion places women in the position of a helper, yet, I do believe they occupy this position of the helper so well that it becomes hard to not categorize them as a co-leader.

I am writing this, today to further establish the leadership ability of women. This is to further alleviate the evil misinformation that women are less because they are not. There are too many pieces of evidence in history and in present day life to re-affirm the leadership ability of the woman folk beyond expected limits.

Women, don’t be deceived. You are more than capable.

This has been an age long question in every home. The answer remains spontaneous in such a way that as the world is now dynamic and events unfold on dialy basis, responsibilities of men and women are sometimes interchangeable. Some men now run their offices at home while some women have chosen to take up jobs that engage them during the day.
The jobs and careers of the man and his wife in one family may not be the same with another family. This is why a question like this can be rhetoric at times.
It is naturally the duty of both parents to care for the home, depending on their schedules. If the man on the other hand takes up a job that's highly engaging while the woman has a lesser work, it should be clear that the woman handles the home.

Who really leads a home? Who stays back to take care of the kids? Who consoles and re-inspire greatness out the broken spirit of a frustrated man? Who listens more? Who cares more? The woman does.

Compared to your part 1 post on this topic yesterday
This is well explicit now
It is portraying the domestic leadership position ascribed to Women often by the society. Won't dispute it.
At home sef...Men still got a high stake in providing for the family and even providing care too

A woman can lead, its just the societal believe women can't just get a leading role in the society. This not withstanding, there are a lot of understanding women who are fantastically doing well in their endeavour, rising the bar for even men to see and emulate. The common ground is for a woman to just understand her worth and give herself the best of exposure. but wait a minute, Is it because you are woman you wrote this? LOL! Just kidding!! Best regard @ogoowinner
