Decentralized Blockchain Democracy - Democracy of Equal Communities...

The word, in the beginning, and the basis of everything there is a given word. Inspirational speeches, motivation, and promises that lift us to heaven we almost never see is a reality that we all want to escape from. Is destiny the happiness that awaits us at some point or are these decisions that create our lives? Accountability is the foundation of our success if we lose credibility our word is no longer worth a cent. Blockchain technology and innovation bring big waves of change that are hard to follow. If we are to achieve superior results, we need to constantly surf the changes, adapt and implement them. Where money has the main word there is no place for small players. For me, decentralized power implies that if every user has the same rights to adopt or decide on a change, then we would have more initiative and creativity in our blockchain system. To give you an example with communities, if you don't have Steem Power and can't vote for users, how many users will be joining your community? Just imagine a position where every community would have the same Steem Power, for me it would be a real development that gives everyone the same chance. If @justinsunsteemit and witnesses supported the initiative of equal communities then they would have a pluralism of geniuses who would be stimulated to build a future with challenging innovations. We now have centralized power in communities whose creators have a lot of Steem Power, users now go from community to community to make money in their posts. All of this looks to me like users who have no money in the role of beggars, we need to elevate loyal users to the pedestal of Steem Blockchain. Without open thoughts, ideas and exchanges in communication, everything becomes hazy, without a future. It doesn't matter who's the boss if we have a decentralized democratic society with voting rights, it is time for a change.

Investors have the right to do whatever they want with their money, with the property they have purchased. The investors who have invested in Steem Power are the ones who have the greatest right to decide the future. Witnesses are mostly the biggest investors or supported by the biggest investors, but I'm just saying that no one should be above society if we want to become a decentralized blockchain democracy. Every change is difficult, we need to understand that the new Steemit boss is an investor, and he has none of his witnesses for now. I think it is important to achieve synergy between witnesses, investors and ordinary bloggers.

Community Schools does not support breaking the focus, our goal is to unite everyone towards the same goal - Success without excuses. We want real democracy, positive communication, exchange of ideas, support for creative users. We want Steem value to increase and give every user a smile on their face. I read a lot of posts and we mostly have the same behaviour pattern, there are few people who have healthy credibility and who we can trust. There are also those who are not at the top but are powerless in Steem Power to change the course of the movement. It is time for the future, it is time for big changes that will put us on the throne of leadership in the world of business blockchain social networks.

Victory comes with great enthusiasm, our faith and confidence in the project must rise to the level of mass adoption by users from all over the world. A great post can earn 1 cent, or $ 100, depending on those with Steem Power and their business interests. If I have the support of the strongest users then the restaurant image where I have lunch can bring me a fortune, but that's not what we want to achieve - we want creativity and great posts to get the most. There are a large number of users who are not good bloggers but may have the talent to bring in a large number of new users to our family. There might be a section where ideas and projects would be rewarded, if there was a 10% reward for developing new ideas where users were free to compete to get support, it would bring us new innovations that attract users and investors. I genuinely loved games when I was a kid, now I prefer to see an online store where I can shop with Steem or a store where I can promote my products. There are so many directions and ways to develop ourselves and to enable everyone to find their own path of happiness and well-being. The time has come to move faster, now is the time to give our maximum and to realize our dreams.

We are not the shadow of other people's lives and ideals, we are living beings who have a fiery desire to pursue the ambitions and dreams for which we were born. Our strength is in our freedom, to say what we think and to do the right things when it is most difficult. We are the voice of the past, present and future that spreads the positive news that change brings the development and magical success we have long anticipated. We are what we do, what we think, and through our actions, we open new doors for those who follow us. The golden age has come where anyone can accomplish the impossible, the time has come where our faith becomes reality.

Start creating more value, start believing that you are a significant link in the whole system. You can't beat the illusion, so open your eyes and look at the reality that opens the door to success. Now is the best time to invest in Steem, in projects that are creative and ambitious because they will lead us to the goal.
