At this time, we do not even know what gender the child is. We also do not know what we will name it. Since we're not sure if the child is a boy or a girl, we pretty much have twice as many names to try to think of. This can make things difficult.

On a serious note, maybe choose a biblical name not for the way it sounds but for what it means. Do you have any words in mind to sum up your circumstances in life? Or perhaps a hope for the small baby? There are many many names in the Bible that have profound meaning if you research into the roots of the biblical language.

Strange request. Without knowing your family or people personally important to you both, there is absolutely no way to do this right.
Typically a middle name is given in honor of someone that has passed or eventually will pass, so the name carries on.
Look back to both of your families and see if there are any nice or unique names that you could re-use.

Without a last name it's difficult. A girl's name must sing (try finding one that goes with Quitliano)... it has to be poetic. Biblical names are really good (except Judas... I'd stay away from that one) Most have been used to death (Like Matthew, Mark and John) Luke is always a good one and popular these days too. Let us when you have a gender, that will make it easier. (Personally, I like Habakkuk).

Ohh new life! Congrats! Exciting times ahead! But what's the thing with the double names... Make up your mind people. It is one or the other no? Also, you know how much writing/typing that is when you go to school, buy a house, book a flight or hotel, or any written paper that needs your name??? I was always so happy my mom and dad didn't give me any middle names or double names... I like short and simple names... If you pick a long name, you'll probably end up giving him or her a nickname anyway... so for a girl I like Sun, Oona or Aria and a boy Fizz, Thor, or Noor (in Belgium the last one works for girls too) Depends on how you would pronounce it I reckon... good luck family pepper!!!

My knowledge of biblical names is a bit sketchy, but I'll give it a crack,
for a boy:

herein lies a wee problem. These are quite obvious and common names, so there is a reasonable likelihood that some of the @little-peppers might already have some of these names.
But my choice of names is also considered, understanding what I do about kids, from over 50 years of being one.
Whatever name you assign, it will be shortened and turned into a nickname.
An unusual or weird name, will make your kid stand out at school, and open them up for teasing. Simple and common names are more trustworthy leading to easier acceptance by their peers. Ahmed is probably in the bible somewhere. but it would not be my first choice to name my son if I was living in the U.S. these days.
Well that's my suggestion. As long as everyone is happy and healthy, what your child is called is largely moot. I have been, and indeed still am, known by many names. If fact one of my teachers didn't even know my real name!
