I'M TAKING CORTISONE: HERE'S WHY

in cycling •  7 years ago  (edited)

So for the next five days I'll be on cortisone tablets. It wasn't going to be something I make public, but I figured I must have some fellow cyclist who follow me on here and who might find this cortisone thing interesting.
Cortisone has been a controversial topic in the running and cycling community the past few years, with many cyclist abusing the drug for its performance benefit.

Obviously that is not the reason I'm taking the drug, but since the reason I'm on it has no effect on my cycling I rate it will be interesting to see what cortisone does to my performance.
I'll do regular update videos so stay tuned if you are interested.

i hope you are alright.

I'm fine thanks. The ear infection is already almost 100%. The prednisone is just to clear up the last bit of water stuck in there.

i also had trouble since salt water stuck in my ear. not a pleasant one.
