Dansformation 12 Weeks Workout Challenge - Week 6 Day 6 - Arms-Abs Workout

Hello dear steemians !

Today I officially archived half of my workout challenge and somehow I can't believe how fast everything passed. But yeah, this is how our life works and if we don't make things we don't realize that.

This diary opened my eyes because coming here to write everything what I do day by day it makes me aware of what I did in that day and I feel good when I see that the day didn't ended without doing nothing.When I didn't had this diary I have to recognize that I had a lot of days which passed without doing nothing but without noticing.

I also feel good because I was lucky enough to make all my workouts (except one) and the same with my posts here on my diary. Is like a lesson, every day I learn something and I connect with someone with the same interest and looks amazing.

Related to my workout, today I trained my arms and my abs and I did the following exercises :

BTW : even if I don't say in all posts, I ALWAYS warm-up my body at least 10 minutes before starting my exercises, I just noticed that I didn't said in all posts this, but yeah, do not start your workout without warm-up your body.

I started with triceps :

Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press : 4 sets of 8 reps

Kneeling Cable Triceps Extension : 4 sets of 10 reps

Seated Triceps Press : 4 sets of 10 reps

Then I moved to biceps :

Barbell Curl : 4 sets of 8 reps

Reverse Barbell Curl 4 sets of 10 reps

Hammer Curls : 4 sets of 10 reps

That was with arms, then I moved to abs :

Crunches : 3 sets of 10 reps

Knee/Hip Raise On Parallel Bars : 3 sets of 10 reps

Plank : 3 sets of 30 seconds staying in plank position

What did I ate today :

Juice : 2 oranges, 2 apples, 1 banana, 1 kiwi

Red beans, corn, mushrooms, 1 egg

Salad : mushrooms, vegetables, cheese, red beans, quinoa, millet, corn

What supplements did I took :

Creatine : 1 measure in milk immediately after workout

Whey protein : 1 measure in milk immediately after workout

Casein : 1 measure in milk before bedtime

That's it for today guys, I appreciate your time reading my post.

Tomorrow I will come with my week 6 report, is the day when I check the results of my entire week of work. I track few parts of my body, my weight my muscle mass and my body fat.

I have to recognize that I'm curious like a child because I didn't measured or weighted myself the entire week, I prefer to keep it for Sunday, also to share with you guys in premiere :)
