Dukan diet - shock phase (attack phase)

Slim is beautiful - this view has come to our senses. People want to be skinny, even modeled. Unfortunately, the fat that spills out of our belly shows that something is not going well for us :)

I tested a few diets, but in my opinion the best will be Dukan diet.

Most diets I know are based on eating specific foods in appropriate portions. Many people stop being on the diet because they are still hungry all the time. In the diet of Dukan eating appropriate food you can eat them in any quantity. Of course, moderation is recommended.

Secondly - if someone likes to cook this diet is especially recommended for him because there are plenty of products that are compatible with this diet. People make their own breads, ice creams, burgers, fries, sausages, cheeses ... - of course, it must be compatible with the recommendations, but this is the best option.

On the other hand, it can be problematic for people who do not like to cook - many products in the shops is unfortunately of poor quality. Chicken sausage (chicken is lean meat) has up to 25% fat in itself. Why? Well, why ...

The basic phase in the diet is the shock phase (attack phase). It involves eating relatively small (compared to other phases) food groups. However, this phase should last up to 14 days. Her encouragement is that we lose very quickly pounds.

Here I personally recommend - Buttermilk, cottage cheese, turkey and chicken ham (with Dijon mustard), cottage cheese (light), smoked fish, chicken breast, scrambled eggs. I will add that we do not use any oils - so it is best to use a grill, nonfat frying pan (teflon), steam cooking,

This is actually the most difficult phase, but it does not long enough (I hope for you too) would not stand. After 4 days (about) I've started to eat less and do not feel hungry.

Dunkan diet is not healthy, don't do it to your body. I can give you advices if you need, there are much more ways to loose that belly.
