Today I talked about the whacko in Japan who tried to get away with stealing trillions of Bitcoin, but more importantly I talked about finding your role on Steemit!
It occurred to me yesterday after a bout of self doubt, that everyone on Steemit and DTube and the other specialty apps, have something to offer the Steem network, and are absolutely necessary in its growth and development! So in my video today, I ask you to start to explore what your "job" on Steemit will be!
*Mine is to bring you the happenings on Steemit, stun you with my good looks (heh), swoon you with my music, and most important of all, spread the Steemy gospel to others, which is something I am currently working on doing much more efficiently!

Do you post these videos to YouTube as well? You could link your facey friends to the YouTube videos which then links them to here... would that work? You'd also be helping get the word out on YT for DTube which could only be helpful.

I'm not exactly sure what my role on Steemit is, but my intention is to build up my account to a point where I can start to support fitness peeps and ninjas I bring across. Most fitness types and ninjas are super poor, but create mountains of content (for Insta likes... like, why?) so they'll love the platform... I just need to be able to support their transition across... so they don't drop in, be ignored and leave in a week.

Amazing ideas with your fellow ninjas! I don't post these vids on YouTube, but dang it I'm going to start! And I think my first interview series this week I am going to do at the Renn Fest. A lot of people dress up in Steam Punk, so I'm going to take that to a new level and dress in Steem punk. Oh this is going to be fun!! I am also considering ordering those cheap business cards with Steemit on them (and my username of course, represent, what what!) and giving them out when I talk to people. I plan to wear the same Steem Punk costume to the comic con and talk to people there! I think that's a great place to find people! I am really super excited about all of this!

Have you met my good friends over at @steempunknet? They run a computer game on the blockchain where you fight other steemians. Maybe they'll vote you to help spread the word? (@ravenruis?)
Those are excellent ideas.. I think a business card is a massively huge idea... because people won't be able to act on all your info straight away - they'll be too busy getting all Renaissancey.

If one hasn't yet heard of the most excellent @steempunknet game being played on Steemit, then they may be living in the Dark Ages ... come forward into the light! Or at least Victorian, England with me. :D Or they may prefer to skip ahead into a dystopian future and the David vs Goliath struggles of the little people against the massive corporate monsters.

I have told myself that my role here on steemit would be to impact positively on people around me and my immediate community. In my part of the world, there is enormous Hunger and abject poverty. Thanks! I started this show with a fancy background and green screen and all that, but it was a lot of work and it didn't seem to really matter to anyone, so I just went back to hum drum office background. I am looking at getting a better filter for my mic though!

Yeah - I'm still trying to figure out my role here :) You've certainly established yours and I think you're doing a great job at it. I know it takes work to put these videos together every day between topic selection, scripting, recording, editing, wrestling the DTube interface, etc... You do a very good job, and I hope others recognize that. Keep it up!

You're too kind! Yeah, it's a bit of a haul committing to this daily, but I feel like it's necessary to try to build a presence. I am so sold on decentralization and I really feel like Steemit is doing it right (though it's arguable just how "decentralized" Steemit really is, but that's a different discussion for a different day!) In my own little way like I have always said in your previous post, I use my twitter, fb account to promote steemit after I joined early January, and I get paid for it also by @project-atlas who offers job to minnows for trending steemit and other related crypto stuff.
It will be good if crypto is general expected as a means of payment to all goods and services without going through the stress of doing an exchange for it to raw cash.
I'm glad at your end there is a platform that accepts the aforementioned above.

What do you think of Monthly? Since time seems sped up here on the ol blockchain. Yearly would be awesome... but I think we kind of have to grow it into a big deal to actually be a big deal.
