Today on the Visions Vlog, I'm speaking about unconditional love, and how it's so important to express love from a place of abundance, as opposed to a place of dependence and expectation for what you'll get back.
When we express love from a place of self worth, we become a conduit for the true force of this universe, which empowers us as well as the rest of the world. By giving without expectation of anything in return, we heal ourselves, create self-love, as well as impact those around us in ways this world has rarely seen.
It's easy to love conditionally, as we have been brought up this way and have seen it played out in our media and our history books. The idea of love is often paired with heartbreak and sadness, but these examples of love are simply conditional. When we give love unconditionally, we aren't dependent on needing anything in return, and thus can only build and create a more beautiful life for ourselves and those who we spread it to.
Whether it's a stranger at the gas station who you give a smile to, or a family member who you forgive (even when they don't forgive you), by spreading unconditional love you align yourself with the loving energy of God and our universe, and help to bring about a positive change that affects our entire world.
